Hello and welcome back to my blog. Today I will be sharing an easy ink blending technique. Ink blending is really fun and fun ( if you use the right paper )
My first card features Altenew’s Watercolor Coloring Book. I die cut a rectangle from one of these beautiful flower images to create a centerpiece ( even though it will be off-center 🙂
Hands down when it comes to using Altenew’s inks to blend or stamp! they are the best really. So I blended some different shades of blue inks to create a colored background.
I started ink blending using 4 shaded blue inks, starting with the darkest on the edges and using lighter shades as I blended inward. I allowed the panel to dry completely before splatters some gold watercolors.
I foamed- adhered my watercolor flower to the top right and finally I die cut word congrats and foamed adhered to my panel.
Thanks for stopping by, I hope you like it and get inspired! Check all the classes here
